Our mock test packs are digital products. Access opens on your account as soon as your payment is confirmed.
No refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a pack has been bought. Please try the free mock test before you buy.
Payment problems
If money left your account but your pack did not open, or you were charged twice for the same order, write to us with your registered email and order number. We will open your access or return the extra charge to your original payment method.
Cancellation
Packs are one-time payments with no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
